This was the first project that the two partners worked on as part of a design team - before ADR was formed. This 53,000 square foot Victorian was designed and site supervised during construction. A team of craftspeople, including Rick and Church, were employed on-site throughout design until completion. The owner of this property requested fine detailing for everything from switch cover plates, furniture, and trim, to the fireplace and stair design.
