Custom Mediterranean inspired residence in Petaluma

This custom designed residence boosts a grand foyer with doors that open onto an interior courtyard with a fireplace and sitting area. The owners wanted a space that functions for frequent family gatherings and entertaining. The great room serves this purpose with a large living area, dining area, and open concept kitchen. The large kitchen opens out into the pool area and private cabana. The living, sleeping quarters, and home office are separate from each other to allow for privacy.
