The owners desired a living space where there was a seamless transition to the outdoor patio and pool.  Main floor functionality with an open concept and views to the outside were important to this couple who looked to grow old in this home.  A downstairs wine room and media area were incorporated as well as a detached office space that could function as a guest house.
