The owner purchased two adjacent lots on the waterfront in Tiburon. They demolished one unit and were able to expand the home on the other parecl by doing a lot merger. The addition included a detached guest suite, workout room, three car garage with a hydrolic lift, and a new pool. The remodel consisted of modernizing the interior and exterior, including a large master bath suite, built-in cabinetry in the living room, a functional open concept kitchen, and a grand entryway.
